About the job
Our Strategic Account Executive will own client relationships, account strategies and be the point person for all account related inquires. They champion MPIs brand and vision within our partner and client organizations and bring the voice of the account inside MPI.
The Strategic Account Executive will ensure that client needs are being met and exceeded by developing processes to deliver optimal results for clients in a wide array of industries. The Account Manager, working with the Senior Key Account Manager, will be responsible for client service, campaign oversight, account growth and renewal, and departmental profitability.
The Strategic Account Executive will execute and report on campaign strategies for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative mindset working in close conjunction with sales operations, client success and onboarding, new business development, marketing and SDR team all while staying true to our business objectives and vision. You will need to possess strong communication skills and organizational skills.
