Customer Service Representative
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention; meet customer’s expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience
- Working with sales representative, data entry
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Follow customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Provide accurate reports as necessary
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Always maintain a positive phone presence
- Maintain accurate Purchase Order processing and Invoicing via company’s ERP system
- Assuring accuracy of quotes and sales orders
Requirements
- 2-plus years of experience in customer service
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience working within an ERP system preferred
- Experience in quoting/estimating
- Experience with building products preferred
- Experience working with independent manufacturer sales reps preferred (1099 rep)
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
