Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Manager located in Arlington, VA. The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, and financial reporting. The Property Manager will ensure the smooth operation and profitability of assigned properties.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial property management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with lease administration and tenant relations
- Ability to manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting
- Understanding of local and federal regulations related to real estate
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred)
