Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Roofing Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ongoing installations of roofing projects.
- Ensure that projects adhere to company standards, quality, and safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to installation crews to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Perform small repairs and handle service calls as needed.
- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or questions throughout the installation process.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including job reports, project updates, and inventory management.
- Perform final job inspections with customers which includes walking around the house with customers, collecting job completion paperwork, and any outstanding balance due.
- Collect any remaining inventory (material from the job site and return it to the supplier and our warehouse).
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs.
- Pick up and deliver materials to the job site.
Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing installation crews.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with installation crews and interact with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be ideal
Salary and Benefits:
