A DAY IN THE LIFE
As the Greenhouse Lead, Container Design, you’ll report to our Greenhouse Manager and help manage the daily tasks, projects, and processes that keep the Container Design department functioning at its best. You’ll help customers pick the perfect planter for their space based on a menu curated in close partnership with our Merchandising and Pro division, build it using our design sheet process, and partner with the Logistics and Operations teams to coordinate delivery or pickup. You’ll also be responsible for producing a variety of items to a pre-determined production schedule, including living arrangements, moss baskets, and tropical drop-ins – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.
YOUR IMPACT
o Model our three-step, Every Experience Counts process: Introduce Yourself, “Let Me Take Care of That,” and Keep It Seamless
o Collaborate with customers to identify, select, and create planters and arrangements based on a menu curated in close partnership with our Merchandising and Pro division
o Maintain a Kanban Board of customer requests and review with the Greenhouse Manager weekly to maximize transparency, remove obstacles, drive accountability, and celebrate wins
o Fully and precisely execute the production plan as scheduled, taking great care to ensure recipes are followed, and production sheets are submitted at the end of each day
o Maintain, train to, and continually improve the production process for Living Arrangements, Moss Baskets, Drop-In Planters, Pre-Made Baskets, and Center Pieces
