Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time
Summary:
Greet guests entering and leaving the Casino. Provide personal service for guests, from operating bus service for Employees and Guest to designated parking lot, Casino and/or hotels.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests entering/leaving the Casino, Hotel, MNGE vehicle or other on property site locations.
2. Provides information to passengers on broad range of topics such as: games offered at Casino, orientation of Casino layout/services, designated pick up/drop off locations, transportation schedules and passenger safety requirements during transit.
3. If requested, provide physical assistance when entering/leaving MNGE vehicles.
4. Drive assigned vehicle(s), which is typically a 25-passenger bus and/or a 15-passenger shuttle, to designated pick up and drop off locations; plan route to and from Casino; observe on-site traffic rules, observe laws for tribal property, consult with Fleet and Transportation Manager, Senior Shift Lead, or Shift Lead for dispatch requests or unplanned stops.
5. Complete trip logs, accident reports or other incident reports as may be required.
6. Perform extra duties including shift changes/coverages on other shifts.
7. Addition duties/tasks as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION
Ability to read, write and understand English. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Basic computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks.
Previous passenger driving experience preferred.
Class II or III Casino experience preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license when required.
