Music City Roofers is looking to add a self-driven, team-oriented Sales Rep to our growing team. MCR provides on the job training, a very competitive commission structure, and the chance to grow within the company. With a "team first", family culture, Music City Roofers has an industry leading Marketing team, Production Team and Finance Department to take the burden off our Sales Reps, so that you can focus on selling!
This is an In Home Sales position, with uncapped commission. Our top reps earn well over $170,000 per year, with our average rep earning at or around $80,000 per year. Applicants must be comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs, as well as following our sales process at the table with the homeowner.
