This newly renovated center, primarily composed of private rooms, is committed to providing individualized, patient-centered care using some of the industry's best practices. The facility is part of a continuum of care model, affiliated with a leading non-profit healthcare organization.
Position Highlights:
As the ADON, you will:
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing daily clinical operations.
- Contribute to maintaining the center's reputation for excellence in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Massachusetts license.
- 3-5 years of Nurse Management experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a passion for quality care and staff development.
