This intimate facility, with fewer than 80 beds, provides exceptional care primarily in a traditional long-term care setting, with some sub-acute beds.
Position Highlights:
Facility Overview: Locally owned, under 80 beds, focusing on traditional long-term care with some sub-acute residents.
Technology: Utilizes PointClickCare for streamlined documentation and care management.
Leadership Opportunity: Seeking an experienced RN with Director of Nursing experience or an Assistant Director of Nursing ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment for staff.
Manage staffing, training, and evaluations to promote staff development and retention.
Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
