*Responsibilities*
- Monitor the facility to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise among patrons.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the security of property.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding any incidents or safety concerns.
- Assist in training new staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
*Requirements*
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
