Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Fitters to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a Fitter, you will play a key role in assembling, fabricating, and installing piping systems and other industrial components.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Cut, fit, and assemble piping systems and other industrial components to precise specifications.
- Inspect and test installed systems to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with welders and other team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the fitting process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fitter in an industrial setting (minimum of 2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments with precision.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in pipe fitting or a related field.
- Experience in industrial environments such as power plants, refineries, or manufacturing facilities.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
