Job Overview:
Mountain West Industrial is seeking skilled Precision Millwrights to join our team for the construction of a new mill. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced millwrights to contribute to a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and industrial equipment, ensuring all work meets high precision and safety standards. we do travel for work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, align, and assemble machinery, mechanical components, and equipment with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure correct alignment and setup.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment.
- Work with other trades to complete project goals, ensuring smooth coordination across tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Millwright, preferably in industrial construction.
- Proficient in using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on precision work.
- Experience with new mill construction projects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to remote job sites and work flexible hours.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
