ABOUT THE JOB : Open to Philippine residents ONLY! RESPONSIBILITIES : 70% of phone calls - Outbound calls 30-90 calls per day Outbound calls with carriers 30% email and database Updating those tracking notes for review Phone and email communications Main focus customer experience after the transaction has been completed Scheduling Make sure they have the paperwork Carriers assigned Team customer carrier experience after the monetary transactions MUST-HAVES : High-end customer service experience Transportation experience is a huge plus Pleasing personality / attitude Must have own equipment / tools PC / Laptop - minimum of i3 / Ryzen 3 processor and at least 8GB RAM Main Internet Service Provider - must be a wired connection with at least 25mbps internet speed Backup Internet Service Provider - can either be a wired connection or a wireless connection (modem broadband or pocket wifi) with at least 10mbps for both upload and download speed BENEFITS : FREE HMO for the VA and 1 qualified dependent Permanent and Full-time WFH PTOs Client initiative Incentives Powered by JazzHR
