What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Pilates Instructor position at My Pilates Studio, LLC?
DUTIES
- Teach Reformer Pilates classes for private sessions, duet sessions or group classes, providing instruction and guidance on proper form and technique.
- Develop and implement personalized Pilates programs based on clients' goals, abilities, and fitness levels.
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates and the benefits of regular practice.
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed.
- Provide modifications and variations to exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and any physical limitations.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience teaching Pilates classes is required.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.
- Ability to design effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Looking for M, W F: 3pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm (except Fridays)
Pay starts at $35 for the first student $10 each additional student for up to 6 students per class. Private sessions pay $90.
