Myrick Recruiting, LLC has partnered with an Industrial Distributor on a Territory Sales Rep for the Rochester and surrounding market. This is a newly created role working with existing and new clients in the region. Must be motivated to develop new accounts and further develop the region.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining successful customer relationships
- Providing strategic recommendations, pricing, and solutions with products and services to meet customer needs.
- Working with engineering and technical staff to clarify customer needs and develop specifications.
- Researching local markets to identify sales opportunities and threats.
- Identifying and developing key decision-makers within customer base
- Demonstrating the value of distribution to our customer base
- Recording account, contact, and sales activities in the CRM
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Excellent communication skills with a strength in customer presentations
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong work ethic and desire to meet customer needs.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
