Digital Access Program Coordinator
The Digital Access Program Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of Technology Access Program, insuring access to the service by triaging new consumer referrals for enrollment, tech training, needed devices, and connection to tech-based health and wellness resources.
Schedule: This is a full-time, non-exempt (35 hour/week) position. We offer a 4-day work week and a hybrid work schedule (once training is complete.) No nights or weekends.
Compensation: Starting annual salary is $55,000

Job Activities:
Key job activities of the position are below. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
- Process all new program referrals, assessing for eligibility, needs, personal goals, and best plan of tech intervention
- Through home visits with new referrals, provide initial device set up and technical guidance/support
- Conduct Tech Education Classes from the Tech Fundamentals Curriculum
- Fulfill the TAP Help Desk functions, responding to emails/phone calls from staff and consumers
- Maintain accurate documentation in all program records to track consumer interactions, logs, and accounts, and other service activities
- Oversee TAP Volunteer Team through regular communication and scheduling, including weekly updating of the TAP Volunteer calendar of availability and event assignment.
Other Activities:
- Conduct a monthly review and updating of TAP educational materials in resource folder
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 1 year of equivalent experience
- Experience in conducting in-home support visits and establishing service plans
- Working knowledge of common technologies, including internet browsing, video conferencing, email, and messaging
- Ability to research and problem-solve on the spot, using your technical knowledge and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Familiarity with the trends, needs and challenges of older adults in adopting technology
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to work effectively independently or as a team with volunteers and program staff
- Private transportation
Physical Requirements of the Job:
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to climb up and down stairs unassisted
- Ability to travel to the community to perform visits at clients' homes
- Work requires regular standing, stooping, and bending
