NAFI CT is a leading provider of programs and services throughout Connecticut, offering tailored treatment options designed to meet the unique strengths and needs of adults, children, adolescents, and families.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Therapist to join our Outpatient Clinical team! NAFI’s Outpatient Clinic program provides individual, group and family therapy for persons of all ages. Our multi-disciplinary team has a wealth of training and expertise. The Lead Therapist balances direct service with providing clinical supervision to the OPC team. NAFI offers excellent training opportunities, avenues for professional growth and development.
Lead Therapist Essential functions:
Staff Supervision: Provide clinician and administrative supervision to consultants and graduate level clinical interns.
Client Services: Facilitate intake assessments and provide individual, family and group therapy to assigned caseload.
Documentation: Ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Training and Development: Providing training and ongoing support to staff members to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaboration: Develop relationships with community providers; strong collaboration with other grassroots and community organization.
Quality Assurance: Conducting regular reviews of staff documentation; data and productivity standards.
Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative duties such as scheduling, follow up on referrals and assisting director with maintenance of the program budget.
Schedule: This position is in person and requires flexibility.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Candidate must be independently licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) in Connecticut
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with electronic health records
- Supervisory Experience
- Two years of experience in human services, healthcare, social work or related
Salary ranges: $62,000.00 -$68,000.00 / per year
