About Us: Our Parenting with Love and Limits (PLL) program is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Therapist to provide in-home family therapy to adolescents who are at risk of out-of-home placement due to high risk behaviors. PLL is an evidence-based model which provides therapists with high levels of clinical training including weekly group supervision and consultation. Therapists carry caseloads of 15 clients / families and provide intensive in-home family therapy.          

Responsibilities Include:

• Engage: Provide home-based clinical services to children aged 10-18 and their families, offering support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions. 
• Collaborate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to ensure holistic and effective care. 
• Innovate: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and strengths of each child and family. 
• Support: Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and crisis interventions with empathy and expertise. 
• Inspire: Build strong, trusting relationships with families to promote positive outcomes and lasting change. 
• Document: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to ensure quality care and compliance. 

Desired Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field (or current enrollment in a Master’s program). 
• A genuine passion for working with children and families. 
• The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. 
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

Salary ranges: $61,000.00 - $66,000.00 / per year
