Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in TESOL , ESL education, international relations or related field. Minimum of two years of experience in curriculum design. Minimum of two years of experience teaching in an ESL or related program. Proven skills in managing staff, overseeing operations, and guiding teams. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups and work collaboratively. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and understand cultural nuances in language learning.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in TESOL , applied linguistics, education, or a related field ESL / EFL , TESOL teaching certification. Foreign language proficiency, overseas living experience, or cross-cultural experience desired. Skills in promoting language programs and recruiting international students.
