Role: Mainframe Developer IMS

Job Description:

• 9 Yrs of experience in the Mainframe & Java Modernization space.
• The Candidate has experience in understanding the requirements for the Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration.
• The tech stack used is Java FSD, Python, Mainframe technologies(COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS,MQ) etc as mandatory,
• The Candidate was part of the LMCOE (Legacy Migration) in his previous engagement.
• The Candidate has knowledge in automation tools in developing the problem statement using Python.
• The Candidate has experience and worked on the Mainframe Modernization in migration On-Prem to On-Prem, Cloud Migration to Azure, Migration to Microfocus.
• The Candidate has understanding in building the team composition for Migration Projects

Role: QA Automation with Mainframe

Location: Wilmington, DE (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

• Participate in the full SDLC with focus on test automation for mainframe frontend and backend APIs.
• Plan, design and develop automated tests for validating the features delivered by team, integrate them in build pipeline and publish test reports to all stakeholders.
• Design Test Plan/Test Strategy and coordinate test execution at different phases of testing. In case of no test automation available yet then support with manual testing.
• Able to lead, assist and guide test teams both internally and externally
• Work closely with other Testers, Business Stakeholders, Developers and DevOps Engineers to ensure that test cases reflect requirements, and all relevant scenarios are covered for functional testing.
• Credit cards functional knowledge and Mainframe testing experience will be added advantage.
• Experience in Java, Cucumber, BDD framework is mandatory.
• TOSCA experience will be added advantage.

Role: Mainframe Lead/Architect IMS

Mandatory Skills: Mainframe COBOL/CICS/JCL/IMS/DB2

• 12 Yrs of experience in the Mainframe & Java Modernization space.
• The Candidate has experience in understanding the requirements for the Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration.
• The tech stack used is Java FSD, Python, Mainframe technologies(COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS,MQ) etc. as mandatory,
• The Candidate was part of the LMCOE (Legacy Migration) in his previous engagement.
• The Candidate has knowledge in automation tools in developing the problem statement using Python.
• The Candidate has experience and worked on the Mainframe Modernization in migration On-Prem to On-Prem, Cloud Migration to Azure, Migration to Microfocus.
• The Candidate has understanding in building the team composition for Migration Projects Programming experience on Mainframe COBOL/CICS/JCL/IMS/DB2
• Strong in triaging production issues using all the basic tools in Mainframe.
• Knowing Java/distributed solutions will be super plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
• Understanding and experience of Product Development Life Cycle, Business Requirement Specification documentation and experience of working in an Agile environment
