## Job Summary
We are seeking a Sundays 11-7 & Thurs, Friday, Saturday 1-920 closing keyholder shift to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
## Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising retail staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Drive sales through product knowledge and effective merchandising
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store targets
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store or electronics sales environment
- Proficiency in basic math, POS systems, and cash handling
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Experience in technical sales or appliance sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
