We’re looking for more full-time nannies who are passionate about investing in future generations, love spending all day with children, and are ready to have fun! If spending your work day planning crafts, creating learning activities, and outings to the zoo sounds like fun, this is the career for you! Most nannies work with children under the age of 5, so you must appreciate the challenges that these formative years have on a child.

We follow all safe guidelines for child care, including ABCs of sleep, stay up to date on CPR, and many more. We provide paid trainings to all staff. The completion of intermediate and advanced child care trainings contribute to the pay evaluations and raises in addition to performance reviews. Current certifications, training, and experience greatly impact the starting rate and are evaluated on an individual basis.

All nannies are directly and legally employed by Nanny Needs. Whether you want to transition to full-time nannying after working in a daycare or school setting or you would like to continue nannying without having to fight for your rights as an employee and have periods of unemployment during a family search, our service can help. Created by a nanny for nannies, we know that supporting our staff helps you better support the families that trust us with their child care.

Our team provides one-on-one child care in our client's homes. We try to keep commutes shorter than 30 minutes and want each nanny to have a great experience working with our company and clients. Most of our families live in or around the Little Rock or Conway areas. We screen our families and equip parents to be good coworkers for you in a healthy environment!

Nanny Needs has several requirements to be on our team including, but not limited to, experience working with young children and babies, passing background & driving record checks, being drug & nicotine free (this is a safety-sensitive position,) being physically and mentally able to care for children independently, having a reliable vehicle and smartphone, and more.

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
