Job Description
Part-time position in administration of payroll reduction retirement plans available to work weekdays 7 AM to 1 PM (semi-flexible hours).
Saturday morning work may be required or may be available at times. Hours will vary depending on the amount of work available on a given day.

Duties
- Be part of the Data Services Department supporting payroll remittance processing
- Receive and process payroll remittance payments and documentation from employers and third-party administrators
- Reconcile Payroll Remittance payment amount and documentation
- Escalate matching and other complex problems to Resolution Team
- Use proprietary system to allocate payments to participant accounts
- Most work performed on computer and by phone
- Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
- Complete other projects as assigned by Supervisor or Product Manager
Qualifications
- Ability to proactively seek opportunities to help the team
- Should have strong computer skills including typing and 10-key and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Able to learn new software quickly
- Able to meet deadlines and time constraints
- Exceptional ability to pay attention to detail, work accuracy and follow established procedures
- Must be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
- Highly motivated, hardworking and positive attitude
- Ability to stay on task and manage distractions
- Work well within a team
Educational Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
