Job Description
Full-time, fully remote position in welfare benefits administration, regularly working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday with 40 hour work week. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, salaried, and exempt.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the business relationship with several hundred employers who provide their employees with account-based welfare and fringe benefits
- Provide expertise to employers regarding compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate employer needs with in-house service departments including the Client Ops Team
- Work closely with brokers and advisors that provide services to employers to strengthen service relationships
- Carryout Retention and Adoption growth activities with the guidance of the Director of Relationship Management & Growth and Retention; being proactive with your assigned clients
- Engage with clients' brokers to look for cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare a block review of your clients with a strategy to grow NBS revenue
- For Segment A Clients, conduct an annual Business Strategy Review session
- Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
- Must keep current on all laws and regulations regarding Flexible Benefit Plans
- Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Director, or Vice President
Qualifications
- Be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to assume responsibility and accountability for excellent service to a large block of business accounts
- Be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Be personable, highly motivated, hardworking and have a positive attitude
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy of work and maintain an organized approach to duties and responsibilities
- Have strong computer skills including typing, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Be flexible to work outside standard work hours
- Ability to work well within a team
- The expectation is that the worker will obtain the certification of CFC
Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree or work-related experience required. Experience in healthcare industry and/or human resources required.
Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
Salaried, DOE with 125 Plans
