We're presenting an exciting full time hybrid opportunity for a Territory Manager in Milwaukee, WI. The Territory Manager is an inside sales role that creates and generates profitable sales revenue by actively engaging and connecting with our existing customers to identify ways we can support them in Creating an Environment Where Great Work Happens! The Territory Manager will also actively network and prospect new customers in the aligned territory.

Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll be Doing:

  • Formulate strategic territory plan with both long and short-term objectives, including identification of potential accounts and account-specific strategies.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or virtual calls.
  • Use consultative sales skills as a best practice with all accounts and effectively neutralize competitive situations.
  • Maintain and maximize growth of existing accounts in the aligned territory market.
  • Become fully aware of NBF’s product offerings to help customers choose products based upon need, budget, and application and build customer’s awareness of the advantages of NBF’s products against competitors.
  • Understand customers’ business and market trends to develop and deliver customer-focused presentations to identified key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Effectively diffuse objections by presenting NBF product advantages rather than using price-driven strategies.
  • Accelerate sales cycle to a successful close.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience in a quota carrying role
  • Proven ability to create lasting relationships
  • Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work positively and productively with internal & external customers to achieve desired goals
  • HS Diploma or educational equivalent
  • Ability to work in office 3 days a week and 2 days from home
  • Confidence with MS Word, basic to intermediate Excel and Outlook


Nice to Have:

  • College degree
  • Contract furniture sales experience or product knowledge
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Experience with Salesforce


Compensation and Benefits:

This role has a guaranteed base salary and commission structure with opportunity to earn additional bonus incentives. National Business Furniture offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, STD & LTD, 401k w/ company match, paid time off, and personal enrichment reimbursement.
