Business Systems Analyst II
Location: NCCPA is a hybrid work environment with our headquarters located in Johns Creek, Georgia. NCCPA has determined that the telecommuting status of this position is remote which means that employees in remote positions are allowed to primarily work remotely with required travel for mandatory meetings, including to the NCCPA headquarters.
The duties of this position require the candidate to report on-site to the Johns Creek headquarters on a weekly basis therefore the chosen candidate will need to reside in or relocate to the Metro Atlanta area.

As the Business Systems Analyst II, you will focus on providing business process and systems analysis, definition, and improvement, functional requirements, design, and use cases.
- Reviews report and query requests and work with business users to define requirements.
- Focuses on the formal documentation of business system processes, automation, continuous business system process improvement, and business and system rules.
- Assists with developing and improving business processes, including the development of metrics and quality controls, both within technology and business functions.
- Creates project presentations for a non-technical audience.
- Assists with training business users on system functionality.
- Assists in the maintenance and creation of business SOPs as new systems are implemented.
- Develops prioritized functional requirements / user stories and use cases as a deliverable to the development services team for development of the technical design.
- Diagrams current and revised business process flows.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to review and analyze business system requirements.
Hard Skills You Will Have
- Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development lifecycle, with increasing degrees of responsibility
- Some experience developing business system requirements into prioritized functional requirements and documents for software development and implementation.
- Experience and understanding of the Agile software development process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.
