The Quality Supervisor plans and directs all quality related functions, emphasizing customer satisfaction, continual improvement, and waste reduction. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system. The Quality Supervisor will identify, establish, and monitor process controls to assure consistent quality of raw material, processes, and product. This position provides leadership and direction to quality department staff and acts as a key resource across the organization in collaboration with customers, staff, sales, purchasing, production, logistics, safety, human resources, engineering services, and management.
