Sales Manager for Online Court Classes
The Sales Manager's role is to oversee a team and is responsible for ensuring the team meets or exceeds enrollment targets and growth of our online intervention programs for customers who have been court ordered. Responsibilities including setting overall enrollment targets and goals for the company. Our online educational classes for court include: anger management, drug and alcohol awareness, theft/shoplifting intervention, life skills, parenting classes, etc.

Key responsibilities include:
Team Management: Recruit, hire, and training new sales staff. Provide ongoing coaching and development to the sales team. Sets individual and team goals and objectives.
Sales Strategy: Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Market Opportunities: Identifies new market opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Reporting: Preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Identifying areas for improvement. Keeping up with industry developments and competitor activities.
Leadership and Management: Leading and motivating the sales team. Establishing a high-performance sales culture. Communicating with other in-house departments (e.g., marketing, product development).
Business Development: Exploring new business opportunities and partnerships. Leading major negotiations and closing high-value deals. Expanding the company’s presence in existing and new markets.
Role requires a blend of skills and qualifications, including:
