REQUIREMENTS
SNT/Non-licensed:
Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a systematic approach to prioritizing patient/department assignments. requires a stable emotional make-up to work and remain calm in a stressful, fast-paced environment. Second year nursing students are preferred but consideration is given to the first year student with past hospital experience, premed medical students and applicants with previous experience as a nursing assistant/tech. Must have or be willing to attend basic CPR certification.
Patient Care Partner:
High school graduate or GED, ability to comprehend medical terminology, hospital experience of satisfactory completion of training program preferred. Able to flex his/her work schedule to meet the demands of the unit. PCP is required to provide a positive image of the hospital to the community. Must demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
