*Job Overview*
As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting PRP Counselors as they work with individuals on their journey towards recovery and improved well-being. You will work closely with them to provide support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions to help them overcome challenges and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
*Duties*
Review and sign on Rehabilitation notes; engage in supervision; create IRP's every 3-6 months and work with the assigned therapist to complete reauthorization forms.
*Skills*
-Must be licensed in the state of MD as: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and its applications in mental health treatment
- Knowledge of gender issues counseling and experience in providing gender-sensitive care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
