The Inside Sales Representative – Repair Services (ISR-RS) sells repair services to new and existing
customers. They efficiently work repair and product sales leads received from inbound calls, texts, and
repair alert channels with exceptional customer service and sales acumen. They are responsible for
ensuring a smooth sales process and demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism
during inquiries and follow-ups with potential repair customers.
