Job Title: Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

This remote part-time position will involve supporting C-Suite executives through meticulous credit card reconciliations, vendor invoice processing, and travel logistics management. Your role will be integral in ensuring operational efficiency within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage credit card reconciliations for C-Suite members, including administration of Expensify accounts and transaction reviews.
  • Process vendor invoices and staff reimbursement requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations for designated staff members.
  • Execute data entry tasks with precision, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
  • Monitor expenditures to align with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
  • Resolve discrepancies in credit card statements by collaborating with C-Suite members.
  • Generate regular reports concerning vendor invoices and reimbursement statuses.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance data entry processes and ensure document accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support capacity, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • Experience with credit card reconciliation, vendor invoice processing, and travel management is preferred.
