What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim Senior Cure Associate position at Native Roots?

The Interim Senior Cure Associate supports daily cure operations to efficiently and effectively dry cannabis flower.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors and manages dry and cure rooms including temperatures and humidity levels
- Verifies and tracks all tags, strains, licenses, and batch ID’s throughout the cure process
- Assesses flower health and disposition
- Operates and maintains equipment and machinery throughout the cure process
- Assists with equipment maintenance and repairs
- Assists with training of new team members and cross-training when necessary
- Assists with developing and maintaining SOP’s
- Assists in the evaluation of cure performance and development of departmental goals
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and compliant work space including machine hygiene
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 months of related cannabis experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Must possess or obtain a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge
- Strong communication skills
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Basic critical thinking and problem solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience operating Rad Source 420xl or similar cure equipment
- Experience with METRC inventory system
- Knowledge of Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sitting and/or standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Pay Range: $19.09 to $21.00; actual pay will be determined based on qualifications
- Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2 weeks per year
