What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Raw Material Sampler position at Natural Organics Inc?
The Quality Assurance Raw Material Sampler's primary responsibilities are as follows:
- To review, inspect, and sample all incoming raw materials and components.
- To review, inspect, and sample all expired raw materials.
- To review all raw materials slated for destruction.
- To review and sign off on material slated for delivery to Contract Venders.
Secondary Responsibilities, as QA Inspector:
- To review, check and ensure the quality of the all product produced at NOLI from raw material, in-process to finished product
- Ensure all quality aspects of the facility and that the facility remains a high-quality manufacturing environment.
- Check the accuracy of all production records, including batch records, run sheets, destruction forms, and material reconciliations.
- Verifying the accuracy, integrity, and quantity of raw materials used in production batches.
- Inspect and release all production work areas and equipment prior to start-up of batches and after cleaning of equipment.
- Perform quality checks on in-process and finished product during production runs.
- Perform all additional tasks relating to the Quality Assurance department as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires walking/standing throughout the day
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
Qualifications:
- Education/Work Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent, AS degree in related sciences preferred. Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or nutritional supplement industry along with cGMP training a plus.
- Technical Skills/Other Requirements:
Good verbal, written, and communication skills necessary.
Salary : $18 - $22
