Landscaping Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves physical labor and requires an individual who is comfortable working in various weather conditions. The Landscape Laborer will assist in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties through various landscaping tasks.

Duties

• Perform digging, planting, and maintaining trees and shrubs.
• Carry out tree trimming and tree care activities to ensure healthy growth.
• Assist with hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently for landscaping tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and waste materials.
• Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping equipment effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks is essential.
• A willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and care.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
