Role Overview
Lead the Maintenance & Reliability program at our Blair Manufacturing site, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and managing daily operations. Provide technical expertise and leadership to support equipment reliability and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site maintenance and reliability projects
- Lead improvements in equipment reliability and contractor management
- Develop strategic objectives, manage the budget, and ensure compliance
- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting and reliability engineering
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 10 years in maintenance/reliability
- 5 years in a leadership role in a chemical plant
- Expertise in plant equipment, reliability principles, and predictive technologies
