Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Visualization Engineer for Idaho Falls, ID. This is a part time onsite position.

Provide support to the IEC Environmental Restoration GIS Lead in the preparation of maps and figures for inclusion in reports, plans, and other regulatory deliverables; assist in the development and maintenance of maps and GIS project data sets and performing GIS system maintenance and editing tasks.
- Preparation of maps and figures
- Development and maintenance of GIS dataset
- GIS system maintenance and editing
- Four-year degree in GIS, geospatial technologies, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience using GIS in a professional setting
- Proficient in producing maps in Arc GIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro
- Experience using a wide variety of GIS software tools
- Experience editing GIS data with a high degree of accuracy
- Skills and experience with cartographic design
- Understanding of coordinate systems
- Ability to identify problems and work in a team environment to find solutions
- Able to work with established workflows and manage multiple tasks
- Use and knowledge of GPS and field surveying
