New Behavioral Network-Delaware is currently hiring Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) in Sussex County to assist children in meeting their mental health goals. As a TSS, you will work in the community to support recommendations from therapists and help children develop the necessary social and coping skills to achieve their goals.
You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that works together to make a difference in the lives of children. Comprehensive orientation and supervision are provided, ensuring you become an integral part of our dynamic team of professionals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
- Minimum 1-year experience working with children with behaviors.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as per agency policy, automobile insurance, and a vehicle for client transport.
