Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dependable Delivery Driver to transport goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate delivery vehicles efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive delivery vehicles to designated locations, following established routes.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any issues encountered.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary for loading and unloading tasks.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills is essential.
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Must be able to manage time effectively .
• This is an Independent Contractor position.
• 3-year MVR
• Box truck(s) needed.
