NCW Staffing is looking for a multiple Occupational Therapist Home Health to work with Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara, CA.
OT Details:
- Number of Positions: 1
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
- Shift Length: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Start Date: 2-4 weeks
OT Qualification Requirements:
- Must have current California Occupational Therapist license
- Must have 1 year of experience in Home Health Occupational Therapist
- Must have current BLS certification with AHA
- Must have current Covid-19 Vaccination with Booster
OT Rate:
- Rate: $65.00/hour
OT Benefits:
