Responsibilities:
- Estimate all repairs for customers as recommended by the Service Technician
- Inform customers of all options including the repair, the benefits of high-efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products
- Present a proposal as soon as possible, and always present the proposal in a professional manner
- Follow up on quoted jobs to ensure proper completion and profitability.
- Turn in all required paperwork to the Sales Coordinator/Dispatcher immediately. This includes all necessary notes, estimates, proposals, etc., to adequately communicate the job to the operations department.
- Be available to answer questions that may arise
- Collect payment, including finance options
- Process warranty parts orders, track warranty parts for return to manufacturer
Skills that we are looking for:
- Technician looking to make the transition out of the field and into the office
- Knowledge of time and materials to make most HVAC repairs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem solver

- Remains calm under pressure
- Works well in fast fast-paced environment

- Experience with Microsoft Office
