NeighborCare is recruiting for the key position ofResident Services Coordinator.
Full Time Positions Available on 1st or 2nd Shift
MISSION STATEMENT:
The position of Resident Services Coordinator is an in-residence coordinator of resident services, activities, events, and processes within the building who provides excellent customer service to ensure maximum occupancy and resident retention.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of theResident Services Coordinatorinclude, but are not limited to:
Help assist with activities, give support the residents, getting engage with resident on campus.
Help coordinate volunteers and special services to the residents.
Assist with moved in or move out of residents, collecting monthly rent from residents.
Assists in Operations of Business Office
Assists in Maintaining Safe and Secure Environment
Monitors Vacant Apartments, Amenities, Common Areas, Building, and Grounds
Document attendance of resident monthly activities and volunteers hours.
Promotes Resident Assimilation
Coordinates Service Requests
Serves as a Resident Advocate and Social Coordinator for our residents
Serves as a point of contact for residents, their visitors, and their families and communicates regularly with management regarding maintenance, building, and resident issues
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
3-5 years experience in an administrative, management, clerical, or related goal
Senior Living experience a plus
Must understand: Power point, Excel, Outlook, spread sheet, basic accounting skills,
Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Organizational and administrative skills
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
