Project Manager - Substance Use Disorder Program
Neighborhood Health Association is seeking a Project Manager for our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. This position is responsible for the overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Recovery Community Resource Center (RCRC) including the development and implementation of program components including hiring of staff, coordination of training requirements and policy and procedure development.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of health care management experience with demonstrated experience supervising direct report staff
- Lived experience with substance use disorders (SUD) to better support our community and the patients we serve
- Connection with the East Toledo community and the underserved population in this service area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and foster partnerships
- Must be sensitive to cultural, religious and ethnic diversity
- Bachelors degree in health care administration, social work or related human relations field highly preferred.
