Title: Bilingual HR Generalist
Location: Healdsburg, CA - onsite
Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000
You are a motived HR professional with a customer service mindset, fluent in both English and Spanish, who can thrive in a fast paced environment and looking for growth. You have experience providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of human resources and have an understanding of CA labor laws.
What you will be doing:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from posting job openings to conducting interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Benefits Administration: Administer health, welfare plans, and employee benefits, ensuring accurate enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Compliance & Records Management: Track mandatory training, maintain I-9 records, audit compliance, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Employee Relations & Administration: Provide HR support, assist with disciplinary actions, handle employee inquiries, and maintain employee records.
- Special Projects & Events: Assist with employee recognition, benefits enrollment, and company events while supporting various HR initiatives.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience
- SHRM-CP credential preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack, and HRIS systems
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
