Location: Ashland, VA
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10 hour shifts starting at 7 PM
Salary: $68,000-$76,000 annually, including 10% bonus eligibility

Seeking a skilled WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (Night Shift) for our busy Distribution Center in Ashland, VA. You will have the general responsibility of coordinating all warehouse activities on a daily, shift or team basis. Responsible for leading or supervising the receiving, storage and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

- Night / Supervisor experience preferred
- Distribution Center is a Conveyor system, voice pick environment
What you will be doing:
- Labor Management: Develop and maintain shift schedules, approve PTO while meeting staffing needs, and oversee training and development of a 20-person night shift team. Conduct performance evaluations, recommend promotions, and apply corrective actions for attendance, safety, or quality issues.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate product stacking, picking, and staging. Verify paperwork accuracy and process orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Coordinate routine inventory counts with the Operations Manager.
- Safety and Maintenance: Ensure safe use of material handling equipment (MHE) and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Identify hazards and recommend improvements.
What you bring:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a distribution, shipping, or receiving environment, preferably on a night shift.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with conveyor systems, voice pick environments, and warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
