About the Job: 

Our catering specialists enjoy the variety of setting up and serving delicious meals to our clients throughout Central Illinois.  

No two shifts are the same!   You will train and serve with our leading catering specialists for family reunions, weddings & galas, golf outings, government, corporate, association, and not for profit clients.   Depending on the day, our events range from corporate casual drop offs to full service upscale formal events.  We keep it interesting!     

Our catering specialists are excellent safe drivers, food safe certified to maintain the highest food safety and sanitation practices,  and provide top notch customer service.  We only hire the best! 

Requirements: 

Weekend availability -  Saturdays are busy! 

Flexible schedule preferred 

CAN DO attitude - they don't call it CATERING for nothing

Valid Drivers License - good driving record 

Reliable, Responsible, Ready to work 

Reliable transportation.  Must have a clean driving record.

Food Safety Sanitation Certification - Before first shift

Important Information:

Hourly wage $18.00 PLUS generous gratuities averaging $6.50 hourly. 

All Caterers:  Health Alliance health Insurance, Principal Vision and Dental, Simple IRA with employer match, and generous employee discounts for your own events!  Full time caterers qualify for paid week of vacation and 7 paid annual holidays.
