NeoSystems is Hiring a Demand Generation Specialist Near Reston, VA

The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns to drive qualified leads into the pipeline. In this role, the Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for partnering with Sales and Line of Business Owners to optimize our demand generation process. A successful Demand Generation Specialist will use a methodical approach with data for driving demand by analyzing, tracking, and reporting program performance to ensure no opportunity for additional growth is lost. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, the Demand Generation Specialist must demonstrate strong digital marketing capabilities, analytical and research skills, relationship-oriented skills, and excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, and execute outbound marketing campaigns. Develop campaigns that drive interest in NeoSystems service offerings solutions including message creation, CTAs, template and landing page design, and campaign workflows.
  • Build, manage, and refine target audience contact database.
  • Develop and execute engagement campaigns to nurture prospects into qualified leads using multiple strategies, including direct communication, email drip campaigns, and other tactics.
  • Implement lead scoring based on behaviors like past email engagement, website interaction, event attendance. and developing strategies.
  • Manage, track, and report on all campaign and lead results to accurately forecast and report on the pipeline and to identify opportunities for action. Establish KPIs and recommend improvements to metrics including open rates, CTR, and SQL conversion.
  • Developing campaign content in partnership with the Senior Director of Marketing.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adjust as needed to optimize results. Perform A/B testing with regularity.
  • Maintain knowledge of digital and email marketing best practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of NeoSystems’ offerings and partner offerings.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience working in a demand/lead generation role or related role is required.
  • 3 years of experience and proven results in developing effective marketing campaigns is required.
  • Experience working with CRM and sales engagement technologies is required, experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is required, experience using Pardot is preferred.
  • Experience with funnel building, demand generation, content creation, customer retention, and other programs noted above.
  • Experience working in a business-to-business environment.
  • Effective communicator with strong writing skills. An ability to decipher and effectively simplify complex information that can be easily digested by target audiences and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design concepts to provide direction and guide contractors to follow best practices and align with the brand.
  • Strong project and time management skills with flexibility to adapt to a fast-moving, changing environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude. Approaches challenges with positivity, proactively identifies issues, and offers thoughtful and viable solutions.
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, honesty, and respect for others and their work.
  • Demonstrated desire for continual learning and growth.
  • Ability to effectively work independently or as a member of a team.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising.
  • Understanding of all social media platforms
  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
