What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Tech position at NETCo Inc.?
Technician – for field service and in house work. Typical travel is 5-14 days per trip and approximately 20 weeks per year. Remainder of work is in house. Responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting explosive detection equipment at customer sites. In house work includes QC testing, repairs, and phone troubleshooting with customers. Ideal candidate will be a personable, intelligent thinker with experience/education in troubleshooting, engineering, chemistry, or electrical. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, insurable driving history, eligibility to rent cars, high school diploma or equivalent, read, write, speak English language, ability to work on ladders, stand for extended periods of time, some lifting, and basic computer skills including Office. Small company with great benefits package. Overtime, mileage, per diems provided with travel. Full time, non-exempt.
