As a Client Sales Executive at Netsmart, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and strengthening our client relationships within our care-at-home communities. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive growth, foster client satisfaction, and support the adoption of Netsmart’s technology solutions. Your primary focus will be identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle from discovery to close.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of healthcare technology, preferably with experience in home health, personal care, hospice, and palliative care, along with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams and leveraging Netsmart’s broad suite of software and services to deliver measurable value to clients.

Responsibilities
- Identify and participate in strategic sales pursuits for assigned clients to meet and exceed annual quota
- Forecast accurately and close business on time
- Actively participate in demand generation campaigns to create pipeline
- Understand and position new and existing solutions for growth within our current client base
- Effectively leverage available tools to drive strategic opportunities. These tools include the Netsmart CRM and defined productivity measures
- Lead a team of cross-functional associates in a strategic sales pursuit, with strategic and ongoing discovery with our clients and partners
- Navigate internally across the matrix to receive necessary inputs and approvals
- Maintain positive C-Level relationships with current clients
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 4 years of sales experience with technology services and solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain relationships as the primary point of contact for C-suite engagement
- Post-Acute healthcare market experience
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- Technology experience with emphasis on post-acute marketplace experience
- Understanding of Strategic Selling
