What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cloud Technical Project Manager(Onsite) position at Netsmart?
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technical projects to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget while meeting high-quality standards. The Technical Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for actively engaging with cross-functional technical and product management teams to prioritize tasks / work effort by understanding scope, requirements, level of effort, and pipeline, and clarify tradeoffs when changes are made to that plan
- Create and monitor active work, backlog, priorities and risks to team members, internal and external stakeholders
- Lead project scoping sessions to define technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines
- Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation, project budget, milestones, and risk assessment, to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects
- Manage project progress through regular check-ins, adjusting scope and priorities as needed to keep projects on track and aligned with business expectations
- Provide advice to business partners on options to accomplish requested projects
- Manage project documentation and report on project status, risks, and issues
- Resolve and / or escalate issues in a timely fashion
- Implement, measure and report on key performance indicators and ensure project dashboards are up to date.
- Adhere to enterprise-wide project management methodology standards
